  I was sent a notification that it was time to renew our website desmoinesmakerfaire.com. I didn’t register the website and the person who did no longer works for our organization and didn’t leave us log-in information. I don’t have administrator access so it’s not possible for me to log-in and renew the website. Can you give me access to renew the website?

  Hi there,

  You can opt for account recovery. If you recall username or email address then follow this documentation for recovery:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

  Once you recover your account you can yourself renew your site.

  Note: Sites are by default set to auto renew. If the previous user hasn’t turned auto renewal off then your site will be auto renewed.
