Website renewal
-
Greetings! I received messages regarding my renewal for my website, unfortunately, those messages went to my spam messages. I would like to renew my website and have it back up and running again. What must I do to do that?

Unfortunately you failed to post the most important thing for getting accurate support and it is the URL of the site in question.
To save you time you can type the actual URL of the site you are referring to into http://whoishostingthis.com to determine who hosts the site so you know where to post for support.
We provide support only for sites hosted on WordPress.COM servers. You could be posting to the wrong support forum. To be clear we do not provide support for local installs of WordPress.ORG software, or for WordPress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, linked to WordPress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites WordPress.COM account page.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
The wordpress.ORG support forum is at http://wordpress.org/support. The wordpress.ORG login link is here https://login.wordpress.org/ If you do not have an account yet then click Create an account https://login.wordpress.org/register/ and if you have lost an account password click Lost password? https://login.wordpress.org/lostpassword/
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page
See also https://apps.wordpress.org/support/ for app support. -

I went to that link and its saying that my website is being hosted by ‘Automattic’… Does this mean my domain name has been given away?

“InspireLoveGrow” is not available at the domain inspirelovegrow.com right now. This domain expired, and it has to be renewed before it is lost.
We already notified this site’s owners. However, renewing expired domains becomes more costly and complicated as time goes by. We want to make sure they got the message.
If you know this site’s owners, please get in touch and remind them to renew this domain before it’s too late.

Allowing a domain to expire
When you allow your domain expire, it then goes through a process that can take several months to complete described at https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/. Please read that support doc.If you are in the grace period you will not have to agree to pay a redemption fee set by the domain name registrar that wordpress.COM staff cannot waive.
Otherwise, if you want Staff to try to recover the domain for you then you will have to agree to pay the redemption fee.
This thread is already tagged this thread in the sidebar with modlook for Staff attention so please clarify how you want to proceed.
If you’re logged into the account that is associated with your expired domain, they will look up its status and get in touch with details.
If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into the associated account, and provide the domain URL here.

@inspirelovegrow050118 I think I see the issue. Can you log out and log back with the correct account? You can then renew the domain or request redemption if needed.
You’ll want to do this as soon as possible. Log out and log back in using the email address that received the invoice for your initial purchase.
