  Hi, had the notice to renew and have gone into my purchases section to be told that I don’t have a website – yet I can see it? It’s due for renewal on 16 April 2019 and I need to update my credit card details….please advise. Thanks

  You may not have a WordPress.com site associated with this account. Can you recall creating another account? What is the address of your site?

  Hi Magic,
  That’s the odd thing – I’ve gone in via the email I was sent so it should be there? http://www.girlwithgloves.com…… Interestingly one of the emails says the domain has been renewed but when I go in there there is no purchase history I can check on….. it’s all very confusing as I seem to be going round in circles….

  Hi there, thanks for providing a link to the site. It looks like you might need to be logged in with a different username account troikamusicevents in order to renew it. Log out of this account you are posting from and then log in with that account.

  Let us know how that goes.
