  Hi there,
  There seems like no way for me to contact the help support directly. I just got a notification renewal about my website. I want to shut down my website. However, when I log in, it seems to say I do not have any purchases or a website. However, i know i still have an active website which for some reason i dont know why it is not linked to my account. i have not used my website for a long time and want to stop the payments and shut the website and account down completely. please help.
