  I need to renew my website, not sure how? my website is synergyroofingnc.com
  wish you have a section someplace on your website to do this, or a number we could call. or even a direct email address i could place a request

  If I understand you correctly, I think you want to renew your domain name, synergyroofingnc.com?

  You can do this in your dashboard.

  Go to Profile → Purchases click the correct domain and click renew.
