    Good morning,

    So I did a boo boo I thought the notice for the domain renewal was for a wrong domain … So I didnt renew my site..So I figured out and bought my site again http://www.elderberryholistichealth.com but now my site is still not working. My posts are not there! Do I need to start over? Is there some settings that I need to do? When renewing the domain there was nothing indicating i needed to do anything to the site … How long dose it take to renew?

    ok it seems that the other issue i am having ….. I can go to the home page where you can see traffic and stuff, but if i click on settings or my website or any where else i get these error messages…

    I am using the site right now from Egypt is that making a difference? Because when I put a vpn on then I can use my page? Did me not renewing cause a setting or something to mess up? because i didn’t have this issue before. using a vpn is not a huge issue (right now because i have only one vpn that works here in Egypt)but makes me wonder about my site being available for everyone

    any help or advice would be apperciated

    Hi Rena, your site looks like it’s fully renewed and otherwise working as normal; your screenshots don’t appear to be related to that. As a regular visitor to the site I had no trouble browsing the site.

    It looks more like your connection (potentially through VPN) is having trouble accessing the WP Admin section of your site management. Just to check, if you head to the link https://elderberryholistichealth.com/wp-admin while using your VPN, do you get the same error still?

    Thanks so much ! for letting me knw that you are able to go to the site… While on the VPN everything is fully functional fortunately/unfortunately… I am able to go to settings, themes, every thing…

    With out VPN I can not go to this https://elderberryholistichealth.com/wp-admin

    But I can go here with out the VPN https://wordpress.com/home/elderberryholistichealth.com (but nothing functions I get that error messages like with the rest

    This site can’t provide a secure connection

    elderberryholistichealth.com sent an invalid response.

    Can you try please, to access the following sites, with your VPN on as well as off, and report on the results of this test?

    Additionally, share the name of your Internet Service Provider, using the link below:

    http://whatismyip.org/

    Please also have anyone using your Internet Service Provider try to access the site, without a VPN, to determine, if in the country, the site can be accessed.

    The next step is a bit technical, and is helpful, but also optional. Please send traceroutes, using the instructions outlined below, via email to help@wordpress.com, referencing this existing issue.

    Thank you so much for your time and efforts I really appreciate it.

    I can open all three webpages (very slowly) with out vpn
    I can open all three web pages with Vpn too but faster
    My provider
    ISP: Etisalat MISR
    Country: Egypt

    I have other devices and computers they are all the same (unable to open the website without a VPN)

    after doing everything you told me to do… I can now do the website without VPN .. I dont know why. Maybe I was too impatient? thank you for your patients everything seems to be working.
