Website Renewal and Posting

    After updating our credit card information for billing, we noticed that the plan didn’t renew past 2019 and our website is our currently down; how can we rectify this situation?

    Hi there,

    You don’t currently own any paid upgrades with us – the last renewal payment we received from you was in February 2019, and the plan expired and was removed on 24 March 2020. Our auto-renewal attempts during March 2020 failed because the card was being declined. We did send emails about that at the time, but it’s possible those went into spam and you missed them.

    Your website isn’t down, though. Your domain, jsrcommunityfund.org, is not currently connected to your site, but the site itself is still accessible at the free WordPress.com address, https://jsrcommunityfund.wordpress.com/.

    If you still want a paid plan and domain mapping on your site, you can buy a new plan by going to My Site ->Upgrades ->Plans. After you’ve done that, go to My Site ->Upgrades ->Domains to add a new domain mapping upgrade.
