  Hello, unfortunately I didn’t change my payment method to my new credit card, thus my website changed to the free plan and all my work got deleted. Is there any way to restore it? Thank you, Cindy

  There is no button to restore the website. Unfortunately, it changed to the free plan. Do I need to purchase a plan first to see the button to restore the website to the previous state?

  I want to restore the website to it’s previous state. I checked in the forums, however there is no ‘restore website’ button as described.

  I can confirm that your Business Plan expired recently, which has the effect of removing all plugins and 3rd party themes that you may have activated on your site.

  The good news is that we still retain backup from when your site was upgraded. To regain access to backups, you will first need to upgrade to the Business Plan again (which is required in order to be able to use plugins) which you can do here:
