Website restoration or fixing after failed migration

Hello, when I try to access or login to shared website, https://nailtech.mx/, I get an error message saying ‘There has been a critical error on this website.’ and I’m unable to take any action to fix it. No access to FTP, or database.
It occured after I tried to migrate another version of the website with WPVivid Plugin (I used it instead of Duplicator because no access to FTP).
Website lost connection to jetpack and all backups. There’s nothing i can do remotely.
Can you please help?
Restore a backup from yesterday date, or fix a migration? -
