Website says can’t provide a secure connection?

Hello! I opened up my WordPress website today to work on it and it won’t pull up. Instead, I am getting an error message which says:
‘This site can’t provide a secure connection
blossomandbirdsong.com uses an unsupported protocol.
ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH
Unsupported protocol
The client and server don’t support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite.’What does this mean and why did it happen?
