Website Scam Using Your Platform

    Hey, I need a refund from a website called ‘Visibilty Base’ that is using your platform for a website and store. I bought YouTube Subs and Views for over $30 and I haven’t heard nor seen any of what I bought generated to my YouTube Channel, they are also paying for Google and Facebook ads to support their scam which I think is pathetic.

    After I bought, I got a receipt saying it was from word press, so I guessed their store was made from you guy’s platform….I need my refund……I have receipts that came to my email of purchase and it says it was from word press, so I guess they have a store using your platform.

    I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

    Although the site may have been built with WordPress technology, that is separate from WordPress.com hosting. We specifically support sites hosted on WordPress.com.

    Difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org:

    If you want to share a link to the site or hosting provider, we can check it out. However, any refunds would need to be from the company that the purchase was made with.
