Website sending form fill notifications to one email address but not the other

    Hello, I have set up notifications for my website’s contact form to send an email whenever a form is submitted. I have added two different email accounts, one is gmail, the other is Microsoft office. When I do a test the gmail recieves an email but Microsoft office doesn’t. Any idea on why this might be? Is it a wordpress issue or an email provider issue?

    Hi there – I believe you may be referring to the contact form near the bottom of this page: https://youngmindz.com.au/contact/

    Looking closer at that it looks like the form is being generated and placed by a plugin called Avada Builder. This can sometimes be fixed with a SMTP plugin that’s properly set up. More details here: https://wordpress.com/support/email-and-smtp-plugins/

    I see you installed one or more SMTP plugins on the same day you created this topic. Did you find any of these solutions to work?
