Website showing two formats

  I’m trying to figure this out and to no avail. When I look at my website, now live, although it’s not finished yet, it has a different format and it’s not the one I want. It’s plain. I want the format I did under”customize” with the blue borders in the menu area. I will show pictures. I really didn’t think this would be to hard to put together a simple website – that isn’t selling any products – just my services. HELP Please!!
