Website Shutdown

Hi,
We seem to have a problem with a design company that is hosting our website (http://ncwrestaurant.co.za) through WordPress. They have constantly ignored our emails to shut it down. This has created a problem for our new site; they have done no work since December last year regarding the website. I ask you if it is possible to shut it down please. They refuse to give us access to our own site on WordPress. http://ncwrestaurant.co.za
It is interfering with our current site & and we are unable to receive an online presence because of this. If you could please get back to us as soon as possible thank you very much.
