  Words don’t count. You can have as many words/posts on your site as you like. Media/images do have a limit though with free sites which you can see at Media/Library. There will be a percentage of storage used/still available. If you are near your limit you’d need to upgrade to a paid plan. Note that your site will have a 3GB limit. New free sites now have far less than that available.
