  Can you tell me why i can’t access my receipt for the website? you have taken the money.Yet i can’t log in as you don’t recognise password. When i log in with Google it says i don’t have a website so no receipts

  This generally indicates you are logged in a different account than the one that owns the site/purchase.

  Your site https://skeletalfamily.com/ appears to be connected to another account of yours melbutlerphotography. Just log out from current account and log in again as melbutlerphotography.
