Website slow

  Hi
  I have noticed the website is considerably slow at the moment, so is the back office and our other website hosted under WP (johnmasters.co.uk). Is there anything we can do to solve this issue?

  The site is loading normally for me. I should point out though that it is not connected to WordPress.com.

  johnmasters.co.uk was registered at Register.com Inc and is hosted by hostmonster.com.
