  Hi. My website works extremely slow. This has been a problem for many months right now, and it is really frustrating. Sometimes it takes 20-30 seconds for a simple page to upload, and sometimes it does not upload at all!

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  For me your site loads at a normal speed, also there are no known problems on the wordpress.com platform. The problem must be located somewhere between the wordpress.com servers and your computer.

  To find the bottleneck, you must perform a traceroute from your computer (not using an onlien traceroute!) to your website, to see where the connection hangs.

  Chrome networking log (Ctrl – Shift – I) shows around 250ms lag of static resources on staging with Commercial package. That is unsustainable. $100 per month and you get US hosting worst then one for 5$, and full of discontinued, broken bundles.

  Please differ your assumptions from reality, or else everyone wasting time, frustrated, blame each and even contemplate a revenge (that is my assumption ;).

  I have specified which site I run on WordPress.com. I paid a year upfront, the only option offered by Worpdress.com. I believe I have 14 days trial. It is in stage mode for my customer, unrelated to my BN and has no domain connected yet. Plan is Ecommerce. The slow speed is of control panel on .a subdomain .wpcomstaging.com/wp-admin

  I see lag on global wordpress.com control and another free site on the same domain is 330ms and PAID WP Admin is on  .wpcomstaging.com/wp-admin/ is 1.67 seconds (!) . Yes, paid WP Admin is 5 times slower then free.

  I came to this discussion from WordPress.com control panel – Help button above. I lunched a support ricket #8684019 20 hours ago and suggested this forum by the same AI powered chat within WordPress.

  Plus, I cannot edit mistakes here. I meant I have NOT specified which site I run. That is nonintentional typo enforced by the absence of edit feature.
