Website statistics

    Dear community,

    I have installed Jetpack and Monsterinsights in my website to monitor statistics of visitors and views in my website. I was out for long time and I came back, so I updated my WordPress version to the last one (5.9) and all the plugins including Jetpack and Monsterinsights. When I log in in the /wp-admin/ in Google Chrome, I get all the statistics without any problem. However, when I do it in the WordPress desktop (I am in Ubuntu) or in the WordPress Android app, I can’t get the statistics. In the Desktop version, Jetpack the screens shows only a symbol of ‘loading’ (like trying to retrieve the data) and nothing else. In the case of Monsterinsights it says:

    Ooops! It Appears JavaScript Didn’t Load
    There seems to be an issue running JavaScript on your website, which MonsterInsights is crafted in to give you the best experience possible.

    If you are using an ad blocker, please disable or whitelist the current page to load MonsterInsights correctly.

    Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined

    As the problem that I am facing is in the desktop and android versions, I guess my problem is not because of adblockers. Indeed, I don’t think I have any adblocker plugin installed in my website.

    Hi @reynaldo2007,

    If I understand correctly, you’re having issues with the WordPress.com Android app on Linux? If yes, this might be because this is an unsupported device.

    Have you tried using the desktop app instead? You can download it from here: https://apps.wordpress.com/desktop/

    Additionally, your elsapingo.com site isn’t hosted with WordPress.com managed hosting. As such, we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.

    Instead, your host uses open-source WordPress.org software, which differs from what we offer here on WordPress.com.

    The good news though is that help is available in the WordPress.org forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

    Otherwise, you may want to contact your host for further support.
