Website still active after account deletion – Need help!

    Hi everyone,

    I deleted my account a long time ago, but my website is still active https://jewelsbypoppe.wordpress.com/

    I’ve already followed the steps and reached out several times, but the website still shows up online. It’s really frustrating, and I can’t seem to get it removed.

    I’m unable to get support from WordPress directly since I don’t have a paid plan, so I’m feeling stuck and frustrated.

    If anyone has any advice or can help, I would really appreciate it!

    When you delete an account, all sites connected to that account are also deleted. So that site is connected to another account of yours, https://wordpress.com/forums/users/poppevandertuijn/

    Log out from current and log in again as poppevandertuijn, et voila problem solved.

    That does sound frustrating. Since the account was deleted, but the site is still live, you might try filing a DMCA takedown request or contacting WordPress.com support through their public forums—sometimes staff respond there even for free accounts. Hope you’re able to get it resolved soon!

    @davidjenkins7473 a DMCA take down is of no use. TS is simply logged in to the wrong account… if only you would read my answer …
