Website still marked as “mature”

Hi there! Several weeks ago, my website was marked as mature. I’ve sent several messages in live chat and mail to submit another review. I have removed all the mature content. Every time they say that they will submit a review and that they will get in touch but nothing happens and two weeks have past! I have removed all the mature content and would like to get the “mature” mark removed! Please respond!
