Website Struggles

    To put thing simply, I am new with my organization and our website has not been updated for 10 years. I need to update our website from version 3.3 to 5.5.1. However, when I try to update the site, I get a message saying we aren’t running the right PHP. I have no idea how to do this.

    Do I need to create a new website all together? Does anyone know how to help? Open to all suggestions.

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.

    For help updating the PHP version on your server, please contact your hosting provider directly.
