Website stuck in Private Mode

Hello, our website is somehow still stuck in private mode, and there’s no settings to make it Public, even though it is listed as Public in the All Sites list.
Can someone help?

Ok now I can’t login, and our principal who paid for the Entrpreneur Plan lost all access.
Please help!

Also, it seems we’re back in the free plan? How do I disconnect current JetPack and reconnect to our principal?

Now I can’t even login! Either by WordPress.com or Username/Password, it keeps giving error message:
