Website stuck on one page

  New to WordPress but learning as I go.
  The person who created our website made some changes and now the website is stuck on the services page. Will not let you click on the home page or any other page. When viewing with WordPress everything works fine, but closing WordPress, the site will not automatically go to the home page, only show the services page.

  I believe our website is not hosted by WordPress.com
  I just need help to get our website showing properly. I have no idea if it is a WordPress problem or other, I just need to get this problem solved so our site is working.
