  Hi,
  I’m currently looking for a new web host as the one I am currently using is not the greatest.
  But I use Expressions Web 4 (html) and upload that to my website, would I be able to do that with WordPress if I get premium or would I have to redo my website with a templete?

  In order to host your website on WordPress.com, you’ll need to redo your site using one of the provided themes. We have many to choose from. Check out our theme directory.

  You’ll nee to redo your site in WordPress in order to host here, regardless of which package you select.
