Website subscription expired – can’t find how to renew

I have missed the emails from WordPress to renew my website URL and have lost contact with my site. I want to renew it but the email I have found does not send me to a payment page as the renewal is well out of date!!! I need someone to contact me so I can do this ASAP!

What is the domain you’re trying to renew? The account you’re using to post here has never owned any domain, nor any other paid upgrade on WordPress.com.
If you’re speaking of lipstickandtrainers.com, that domain was registered with us on WordPress.com, but it belonged to a different account than the one you’re using to post here.
We can only attempt recovery of that domain if the request comes from the WordPress.com username account that used to own it. Please log out of the
emajoyc4and comment here as the correct account, and we can get the process started for you. -
Hello! I have now accessed my account. The email was sending me to the other account to renew which is why I was experiencing problems and not using this account. I tried to update via this account and can’t seem to do it – could you help me with this process? Thank you.

Thanks for logging into the correct account.
I’ve sent you a payment link via email to the address on file for the
emajoycaccount. Please use that to pay for the domain’s renewal.Once we receive your payment we can contact our domain provider to restore the domain.
Also please note that there is a chance the domain has already entered redemption, or else it can go into that stage at any time. When that happens, we’ll need to pay our domain provider an additional $80 to get the domain back, but if we move fast enough we might be able to avoid that.

I’ve emailed our domain provider to restore the domain. For now all we can do is wait – they should reply within the next 48 hours, either with good news that they’ve restored the domain, or with a request for the redemption fee.
We’ll let you know as soon as we hear back from them.

I checked http://lipstickandtrainers.com/ and it looks like it is up ad running properly. It is currently not set up as the primary domain, however. To make http://lipstickandtrainers.com/ your primary domain you can follow the instructions on our support page:
