    Hello,

    I have a few questions regarding a website that I wish to host on WordPress with the Premium Plan for 3 years.

    1. Regarding an upfront payment for your annual billing program, can I make an upfront payment for 3 years?

    2. If I can only pay upfront for 1 year, will I be able to access my website after that year?

    3. If I am unable to personally access my website after a year, will I still be able to see website content online when I search domain name?

    Hi there,

    1. Regarding an upfront payment for your annual billing program, can I make an upfront payment for 3 years?
    You can make the upfront payment for 2 years for any WordPress plan. You will get a custom domain name free with any plan.

    2. If I can only pay upfront for 1 year, will I be able to access my website after that year?
    After your plan expires, you will not be able to access the site. You have to renew the plan to have access to your website.

    3. If I am unable to personally access my website after a year, will I still be able to see website content online when I search domain name?
    Your content and database files will be deleted if you don’t continue to pay for the plan. You might be able to find content in Google cache, but otherwise, it will not be visible.

    Hi there,

    Please disregard the answers provided above, as they are incorrect.

    Should you not renew your plan, all content on your site will still be accessible at the free WordPress.com address we assign you when you create your site, nothing gets deleted, and you still have full access to manage content on your site. Only the additional features included in your plan will be removed.
