website suspended

    Dear Sir /Madam
    I am surprised that my company’s website ‘Oreganocares.com’ is been suspended and not active since yesterday (7/11/18)evening, and there was no any notification received to my registered email, i wonder how much poor is our technology.

    Hope you can take an immediate action to resolve the issue and return my website asap, also i would like to receive the investigation report and reasons coursed suspension of my website.

    Hi,

    It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    Please contact your hosting provider to discuss the suspension with them.

    Hope this gets fixed soon!
