  Hi,

  We had an external contractor set up our website using WordPress. Our site has been suspended since the start of the new year and we cannot get in touch with the web designer who originally set up our account:

  Can you please let me know how to relaunch our website? What we need to do for it to be operational? If you could please let me know ASAP that would be greatly appreciated.

  The suspension message is from your hosting company, which is not WordPress.com. It looks like that should be Netregistry. Can you contact your hosting company about renewing their services?

  WordPress.com is a hosting company, and not the site for the software you had installed. Here’s a bit about the differences. https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  However, this is a hosting issue.
