Website suspension

  Our former IT (and host of our website http://www.evrofootballpro.com) left the company and neglect to inform us that we have to pay and as a result the website is now suspended. We don’t have the token number. What can we do to reactivate the account, pay and then transfer the host?

  Since your site is not hosted with WordPress.com (it is a site using the open-source WordPress software, from WordPress.org, but hosted with Google), you’ll want to reach out to them directly about it.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
