  WordPress.com does not provide a telephone number for customer service – but not to worry! There are plenty of other ways to solve problems, and often these kinds of issues are easier to fix via text.

  What exactly is the problem you are looking for help with? Right now you are posting in the community forums – a place where free users interact with other members, volunteers, and some support staff to help resolve problems. It’s a great space to reach out to other WordPress.com users and get help with any problems that arise. I’m sure whatever problem you’re having, we can help you to work out what’s going on!

  If you are a subscriber to one of our paid plans, we do provide plenty of other avenues for support including live chat, which is much faster and might suit you better. There are also other forums, as well as support documentation, available depending on the nature of your problem.
