  I m unable to apply the theme on my website

  Hello there, what theme are you trying to activate? I currently see the Publication theme https://wordpress.com/theme/publication activated on rjsonidesigner.wordpress.com

  Hi,

  If you are from WordPress customer care then now I don’t need your help and to be honest Godaddy team is helping me now and I like Godaddy Service more than yours. Because to contacting your customer care is very hard and time-consuming then Godaddy.

  I m unable to load the theme layout like it is shown in the Live Preview… I can better Explain via chat or call..

  If you are trying to use that theme (Photograph) here on a WordPressdotcom website, you would need to upgrade to the Business plan, which allows installing 3rd party themes. More about that here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/business-plan/
