Website Theme Reset Issue

    Hello WordPress,

    On Jan 7, 2023 our website theme was automatically reset to its original theme from many years ago. We did not change the theme.

    The last time that this occurred, in November, we were told that it was because of a payment issue and would be fixed as soon as the issue was resolved.

    This time, there should be no reason for a payment issue. Does the change still correlate with a payment problem?

    Additionally, both times that the theme was reset, our posting email notifications get restricted (although in setting they are on). How can we fix the notification issue?
