Website Theme update

  I have just updated my website theme with the Hero theme. I am struggling to edit the entry page. I would like to put Under Construction on my site. Can anyone Help me.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can’t put your site Under Construction, but you can make it private while you are working it.
