website thumbnail not appearing in links

  My site is mywholewellbeing.com, I use the Nikon style theme. When I send the site link via text the thumbnail used to have the triangle logo appear but for about a month it has not and I cannot figure out why. Now the box/thumbnail is empty/blank.
