Website "Timed Out" for Some Users, but not for Others

  Hi there,

  I have some visitors experiencing some issues in regards to accessing the website. They have received error messages saying the website has either “Timed Out” or is “Unavailable”, yet it works fine for myself when I go to access it on a separate computer. I’m not sure if this error is something on my website’s end, or a connection error on their end. If someone can provide information into the situation, it would be much appreciated!

  Some user have older computers and could be using various devices to connect to the internet and to wordpress.com. Additionally, some visitors could have dodgy internet service and could be running outdated browser versions. Those are issues we cannot help with.
