    We took down website but to use domain name on new site we got designed but domain is now parked and out work emails aren’t working

    Hey there! It’s best not to cancel a domain you intend to keep using, even if you’ll use it with another service. Since it was in danger of going into redemption, I’ve restored it for you.

    Here are your next steps:

    1. Log out, then log in as the domain owner. This should be whoever was able to cancel the domain earlier.
    2. Get your email transferred so it’s billed through Google. When you’re logged in as the upgrade owner, you can open a chat with support for help with this.
    3. Update the name servers to point to the new provider. Make sure your mail settings are in place there, too.
    4. If you’d like, you can transfer the registration as well. Here’s how.

    And, I just want to note, too, if the new site also uses WordPress (which is a good idea if you want to preserve your SEO) you could probably just host it here. That way we could continue to take care of maintenance, security, and support for you, and you wouldn’t have to worry about transferring your Google Workspace either.
