  Can you please confirm if you can transfer a full copy of a .com website including all site files and databases to a self hosted .org website free of charge without using the WordPress Transfer service or upgrading to the top level Business Plan for the access of additional plugins to enable a transfer process?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is no such need to make any purchase to move your site from WordPress.com to WordPress.org. You can follow this step by step guide for moving your blog.

  Hi there,

  There is no way to transfer the entire database of a WordPress.com site, period.

  You can export your content, i.e. posts, pages and comments, and import it to a self-hosted site at another provider, but your settings, users and customizations can’t be exported. Those need to be reconfigured manually on the new site.
