  I have a website in NZ built by a small design company using wordpress, when I moved to Australia I got them to suspend the hosting as I didn’t want it until I had a new domain name. How do I get them to transfer website?? I want access to the dashboard and website I paid them to create, but cant get it until I get a new domain??? HELP

  It sounds like you are using the self hosted version of WordPress, WordPress.org:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  If a third party (not WordPress.com) is hosting your site, I recommend contacting them or the design company who created the site, for help.

  We have an existing wordpress website hosted at networksolutions. I would like to move the entire domain and site over to wordpress.com. is this possible? Do I have to recreate the site? I am interested in purchasing the business plan is possible to move to this site.
