I have a website on WordPress.org, hosted by Siteground that I would like to transfer to WordPress.com, in order to reach customer support quickly on the business plan. Which are the steps I have to do? How do I have to transfer my domain?

I see you have WooCommerce on your existing site. One thing to be aware of is that to use plugins (such as WooCommerce) on your site you will need our Business Plan, which you can learn more about here: https://wordpress.com/pricing/

Regarding your domain though, we recommend that you move that only at the very end (when you are ready to replace the old site with the new one) and we can walk you through how to do that after you have imported your content and are sure you are ready to launch.
