  Uploading a Backup

  Long story short, we purchased a business and their website was on WordPress. Unfortunately, they let the site expire as we purchased the business so all they have is a backup of the website. How might we upload said backup to WordPress and have it up and running asap? Thank you!

  Hey there,

  This will depend on the kind of backup that was made for the site. If the backup was made using Tools > Export then they can import their site content under Tools > Import as seen here:
