It sounds like the admin transfer link has expired — those confirmation links usually only stay active for a few days.
Ask the current site admin (happycamper87) to resend the admin email change request from the dashboard under:
Settings → General → Administration Email Address.Once they do, click the new confirmation link promptly. If that still doesn’t work, contact your hosting support to manually verify ownership and update the admin email.

To confirm, is the current owner of warriorshonorcruise.com looking to transfer ownership of the site to your account? If so, it does sound like maybe the link expired so I’d suggest they try again following these steps:

If they are just looking to make your account an admin on the site, they should try inviting you as one again:
