Website transitions blink

  Hello, so I created some transitions for my website’s front page. I’ve been trying to work on them, but every time my front page loads, the animation blinks every time they load. I’ve messed around with all the settings to see if it could be fixed, but nothing seems to work. The animation I am working on is faded to the left. I have, and the opacity 1 fade-out is opacity 0. When I work from my computer, it does not seem to have this issue, but when I open my website from other computers and phones, it continuously blinks. How can I fix this issue?
