  Hello,
  I am new to wordpress. I have a question. I am planning to take on the first paid plan and was wondering if I will be able to have a website in two languages with a language change button on top of the page. Will it be an extra feature? I need some extensive information on this, thank you!

  Also note that WordPress.com also has an automatic translate feature using the Google Translate widget. Please check this below link for more details:

  If you have a Business Plan , you can use the Polylang plugin for multi-language sites
