Website trouble

    Hi! I had a website, JamieLWhite.com, that someone was hosting for me. I recently discovered the site is gone and the email I had for her is sending back a failure notice. Is there any way that information can be recovered?

    Hi there, looking through Google’s cached page of your site and the Internet Archive’s Wayback Machine, it looks like your site was using the open source WP software with a 3rd party host. These support forums assist users of free websites hosted by WordPress.com (the hosting platform).

    Unless you had a backup service connected to your website, I’d suggest posting to the forums for self-hosted WP sites as the users there have more experience with this type of thing and can make more informed recommendations. https://wordpress.org/support/forums

    If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
