  My website is flashing in and out, not allowing me to make changes towards building my site. I would like to talk to a representative who can help me get past this problem and build my site over the phone.

  What is the URL of the site you are referring to?

  I do not see any sites connected to the account you are contacting us from. Is it a WordPress.com hosted site?

  It’s under my other account, (email visible only to moderators and staff), website is uniclubb.com
  I accidentally purchased my plan under that account and created a website with the domain intended for this account but I really need assistance or some sort of guidance on building my website because it is a complete mess. I cannot download my theme’s plugins and I’m having trouble with the overall navigations of creating a side bar ||| and page set ups etc.

  Log out of the uniclubb account, and log back in as the account you used to create that site, and you’ll be able to access the live chat support included with your Business Plan at https://wordpress.com/help/contact

  But we cannot help you here with a site that doesn’t belong to the account you’re contacting us from.
