Website Type

    What would you suggest I can use as a website type for high school a football team? I basically want to put information about my program such as: schedules, rosters, pics, donation tabs and upcoming events. Should it be a blog or what?

    Hi @2kthig, I’d just pick the website option on setup. You can add a blog to a site, since yours would be a combination of both.

    If I were doing this, first I’d add pages for the schedule, roster, and donations. For donations, you might like this:
    https://en.support.wordpress.com/recurring-payments-button/

    I would add Upcoming Events and pictures from your latest games as posts, and either display those on the front page or use a news / events tab. You can also link from a Google Calendar.
