    The school website is unavailable. There’s also a message: ‘user’s name admin_escola doesn’t exist’. It’s a paid domain (and we have paid), what can be the problem? Thanks in advance.

    I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your website.

    I noticed that your website is not hosted on WordPress.com and it is built with the self-hosted version of WordPress, often called WordPress.org. This forum is maintained and equipped to support WordPress.com sites.

    To clarify, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different companies so we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere.

    Nevertheless, it seems like your issue is connected to your host provider. I would reach out to them for help first.

    Hi there!

    As @csabarakasz has pointed out rightly, your site is using the WordPress.org software that’s hosted elsewhere. As a result, we aren’t able to troubleshoot here since the site is not with us. I looked up the domain escolavilaolimpica.com and noticed it has OVH nameservers. So it’s likely hosted by them.

    I suggest reaching out to OVH support to see if they’re able to help with this. If they refer you to WordPress support, please post on the WordPress.org community support forum here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums
