website update

    I’m working to redesign my business website, currently hosted by GoDaddy.
    I want to ‘start from scratch’ and revamp the appearance, links, etc.
    W/ this in mind:
    Am I correct in thinking the next step is to map my domain w/out moving it from GoDaddy?
    If I do this, then can I take my redesigned website and replace the old one?

    So you’re making your new site with us at https://psychphilly.wordpress.com/?

    Don’t map your domain yet – the moment you point the domain from GoDaddy to us, the GoDaddy site will go offline, so it’s best to leave that step until last.

    You can build your site at the free address for now, even upgrade it if you want to make use of paid features, and only switch the domain over to us once you’re ready to take the current site offline.
