  We’d be happy to help, but we require one vital piece of information. What is the URL of your website?

  Bare in mind that if your websites uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, you should post in the self-hosted forums or alternatively contact your hosting provider. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Let us know this information and we’ll try and move forward. :)

  hye, i am using wordpress elementor. i want to make when the user click the image, it will pop up something like text that actually come from the other page link. But i need to make the pop up is appear on the same page . i try to use lightbox , but lightbox only available for image and videos. It is not available for text . Maybe if anything that u guys know deeply about this. i really need your help. thank you so much.

  Hi @nurathirahrashid8, these forums are actually for the sites here at WordPress.com, which is different than what you have as your own WordPress installation at another host.

  @cggrandpa48 you might also have a WordPress.org installation, that or your site is on another account.

  If you have a site hosted here, try logging out and logging in again as the correct user. And, if you aren’t sure what that is, send a link to the site and we can look it up.
